Demonstration scenarios

• Driver referral, verified on another device

  Phase 3

  Joseph submits a referral on a phone → Grace verifies in the portal → Peter pays via simulated M-PESA → Joseph sees the payment.

• Member signs in with a one-time code

  Phase 2

  Open member sign-in → enter 0712 345 678 → code 123456. Try a wrong code three times to see the lockout.

• Platinum member redeems a voucher

  Phase 2

  Wanjiru opens Wallet → Vouchers → Dinner for two → Redeem; Grace sees it as Used in Benefits & vouchers.

• Goodwill points appear on the member's phone

  Phase 2

  Grace posts +500 points in Points & transactions; Wanjiru's balance and notifications update.

• Expired member renewal

  Phase 2

  Amani signs in with an expired Gold membership, sees her card switched off and renews (simulated payment).

• Tour operator earns towards a reward

  Phase 4

  A booking qualifies, points credit to Acacia Horizon Tours and the redemption unlocks.

• M-PESA outcome unknown

  Phase 3

  Peter clicks Timeout in M-PESA payments, then Query → not paid, then Retry. Joseph sees both attempts and is paid once.

• New driver registers and is verified

  Phase 3

  Open /driver-register from member sign-in → Grace verifies the applicant in Taxi drivers.
